1. This product is suitable for the collection and discharge of sewage at the site of the grinding and finishing machine without sewage pipelines. It can be used for temporary storage, quantitative discharge or reuse (grinding) of the grinding and finishing sewage.The specific use shall be judged according to the actual discharge of grinding sewage by the customer.

2. This product can also be used for the storage and recycling of vibration flushing water in the finishing line.

3. Sewage buffer pool composition: stainless steel pool, slag receiving frame, float level switch, pneumatic diaphragm pump.

4. The sewage buffer tank is welded with stainless steel 304 plate or made of high-strength PP board. The inside of the buffer tank is equipped with liquid level control, and the upper part is equipped with a drawer-type slag receiving frame to prevent the grinding and finishing machine from draining sewage. The residue flows into the buffer pool, which is convenient for cleaning and recycling. The sewage pump adopts a pneumatic diaphragm pump.

1. Made of 304 stainless steel plate or high-strength PP plate.

2. The buffer pool is equipped with a slag receiving frame at the sewage inlet, and the interior can be partitioned according to requirements.

3. Sewage level control can be set to automatically pump water after reaching the sewage level.

4. According to the customer's grinding sewage discharge situation, it can be equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm pump for pumping and discharging sewage or recycling it into the grinding and finishing machine.
